We’d like to welcome you to Citizens for Change of Oklahoma. Our goal is to inform you (the public), of the many unjust situations that are arising out of the current legal “sex offender” bashing by our law makers. Their efforts, though somewhat laudible, are not grounded in sound research and accurate reports. The truth is that the majority of sex offenders released from prison once their sentence is completed, DO NOT re-offend. Our own United States Department of Justice conducted a study and not only found that sex offenders are among the least likely to re-offend, but they are also more likely to engage in the treatment they need to insure that their offending doesn’t happen again. We hope that you’ll spend some time here reviewing our information and discover the truth as we know it. There is a great deal of false information being fed to the public by media conglomerates and some politicians that have no answers to the REAL problems plauguing our Nation today. Please take the time to register and join our community of concerned citizens working to reform the laws in a manner that will assure they are effectively protecting the public safety.

This very new “Power Point Presentation” that anyone can understand is a very good place to start.
